Terms of service · last updated January 2026

The agreement for using SharedVision 360.

By creating an account or taking part in an assessment, you agree to these terms.

Draft — not legal advice. This is a placeholder document prepared by the product team while SharedVision 360 is in prototype. It has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney, and the operator identity, registered company name, jurisdiction and contact address are still to be finalized by the owner.

What the service is

SharedVision 360 conducts confidential, AI-guided interviews and produces a developmental report from them. Every methodology is research-informed and provisional. None is a validated psychometric instrument, a clinical assessment, a diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, or an employment or academic evaluation tool.

Decisions you must not make with it

You agree not to use a report as a basis for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, discipline, grading, admissions, custody, or any other high-stakes decision about a person. Reports are for reflection and development only.

A report is developmental and informational. It must never be the sole basis for an employment, academic, clinical, relationship or other high-stakes decision.

Not for emergencies

SharedVision 360 is not a crisis service and no one monitors what you write. If you or someone else may be in danger, or you are in emotional distress, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. Nothing here substitutes for care from a qualified professional.

AI can be wrong

Interviews and reports are produced with large language models. They can misread nuance, miss context, or state something inaccurately with confidence. Treat every conclusion as a prompt for your own judgment, not a verdict, and tell us when something looks wrong.

Where the service is offered

SharedVision 360 is currently offered only to users located in the United States, and is not intended for use outside the United States. Everyone — account holders and invited participants alike — must affirm that they are located in the United States before using the service. We do not collect your address, precise location, citizenship, or immigration status; this is a service eligibility affirmation, not identity verification, and we do not claim it perfectly excludes use from elsewhere.

Your account

SharedVision 360 is an adults-only service. You must be 18 or older to create an account, to run any assessment, or to take part in one as a reviewer. We ask you to confirm this once; we never ask for or store your age or date of birth. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Running an assessment responsibly

Only invite people who can reasonably be expected to want to give you feedback, and only add a contact's email when you are entitled to use it. Do not run an assessment about someone without a legitimate relationship and, where the subject is another person, their awareness. Do not attempt to identify individual reviewers or to pressure anyone to reveal what they said.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harassing or deliberately false content; do not attempt to access other users' data; do not probe, scrape or overload the service; do not resell or republish reports as if they were a validated instrument.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it in order to run your assessment and produce your report. We may publish a quote from you only if you separately and explicitly grant that permission, and only in the form you chose.

Pricing

Couples assessments are currently free while the methodology is in prototype. Other assessment types are $99 at the introductory rate, regularly $149. Prices may change; the price shown at the time you purchase is the price that applies.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of any particular outcome. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will not silently weaken the confidentiality rules described in our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account page, which permanently deletes your data. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or endangers other participants' confidentiality.
