Arranging assessments for other people.

These terms apply in addition to our general terms when you use a workspace to arrange assessments for participants. Your counterparty is SharedVision Labs LLC (doing business as SharedVision 360).

Draft — not legal advice. This is a placeholder document prepared by the product team while SharedVision 360 is in prototype. It has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney, and the operator identity, registered company name, jurisdiction and contact address are still to be finalized by the owner.

What you are agreeing to

You are arranging a confidential developmental process for another adult. You confirm that each person you assign has agreed to take part, or will be free to decline without consequence, and that you have a lawful basis for giving us their name and email address.

What you can see, and what you cannot

A workspace shows you progress: who has been invited, who has started, who has finished. It never shows you an individual reviewer's answers, a reviewer's identity, or any interview transcript. That is a technical boundary, not a policy we could relax on request.

You may see a participant's finished report only where that was set when the assessment was arranged and disclosed to the participant before they began. Where it was not, the report belongs to the participant alone, and you see only that it is complete.

Developmental use only

SharedVision Professional 360 is a developmental feedback tool. It is not validated for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, discipline, employment eligibility or any other consequential employment decision, and it should not be the sole or a substantial basis for one. It is intended for leadership development, coaching, development planning and team development.

If you are an employer, an HR or L&D function, or acting on their behalf, you agree not to use a report or anything derived from it as a basis for a consequential employment decision, and not to require a participant to disclose their report to you.

Adults only

You may only assign assessments to people aged 18 and over. We do not currently offer assessments to minors, including in education settings — a teacher may assign to adult learners only.

Credits, payment and refunds

Credits are bought by your workspace and consumed when you assign an assessment. Revoking an assignment before the participant accepts returns the credit. Once a participant has begun, the credit is spent. Credits are not transferable between workspaces and have no cash value.

Your logo and name

Uploading a logo confirms that you have the right to use it. We display it alongside our own brand for your participants and their reviewers. This is co-branding, not white-labeling: our name always remains visible so participants know who is processing their information.

Data protection

For information you give us about participants, we act as a processor on your behalf; for the interviews and reports themselves we act as controller with respect to the participant. Our data processing terms set out the detail.

Ending your workspace

You may close a workspace at any time. Assessments already in progress continue to belong to the participants who own them and are unaffected. Unused credits are not refunded once the workspace is closed.
