What we collect, and who can see it.
This describes how SharedVision 360 actually works today. It is written to be accurate rather than reassuring.
Information we collect
Account information. Your email address, a display name if you set one, the persona you choose, and your email preferences.
Assessment information. The context you enter about the person being assessed (role, organization, goals), the reviewers you add (the name and email you supply, plus a private label and relationship type), and each participant's interview conversation.
Derived information. Structured behavioral observations, patterns and reports produced from those conversations.
Operational information. Aggregate counts of events such as assessments created, invitations sent and reports generated, plus model usage totals used to measure cost. These records contain counts and identifiers only — never interview text.
Acquisition information. If you arrive through a campaign or referral link, we store the campaign tags from the link so we know which channels work.
Confidentiality between participants
Reviewers are anonymous to the person being assessed. The subject of an assessment never sees who said what, never sees a reviewer's words verbatim, and never sees whether a specific person has responded. A relationship group is only reported separately once at least three people in it have responded; below that it is pooled into the overall picture.
Couples assessments work differently and we say so up front: both partners are named participants, not anonymous reviewers. Even so, neither partner is ever shown the other partner's answers or notes. The optional adult-only Intimacy & Preferences module is stricter again: private notes never leave the person who wrote them, and only topics both partners independently marked as shared ground appear in the shared summary.
Who can access your data
Access is enforced in the database, not just in the interface. You can reach your own account, the assessments you own, and any report explicitly shared with you. Interview transcripts from other participants are never readable from the browser by anyone, including you.
Processors we use
Hosting and database. Our application and database are hosted on managed cloud infrastructure.
AI models. Interview conversation content is sent to third-party large language model providers to conduct the interview and produce the report. We do not send them your email address or reviewer contact details.
Voice transcription. Speaking an answer is optional. If you use it, the recording is sent from your device to our server and passed straight to a third-party speech-to-text model, which returns text. We do not store the audio, and the transcript is only saved if you keep it and send it as your answer.
Email. Invitations and account emails are sent through a third-party email provider, which receives the recipient's name and address and the content of that email.
Marketing system. If you opt in to marketing email, we sync your email address, consent record, persona and campaign tags to our marketing system. No assessment content, reviewer identity or report content is ever sent there.
Marketing email
Marketing email is off unless you turn it on. Transactional messages you need in order to use the product — invitations, verification, password resets — are not marketing and are always sent. You can change your preference at any time from your account page.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data until you delete it. Deleting your account from the account page permanently removes your profile, the assessments you own, every interview and observation attached to them, and the reports produced from them. This cannot be undone. Aggregate operational counts that contain no personal identifiers may be retained.
Your choices
You can view and correct your account information, change your email preferences, and delete your account and its data at any time from within the product.
Adults only
SharedVision 360 is for adults 18 or older, whether you hold an account, are the subject of an assessment, or answer as a reviewer. You confirm this once. We never ask for or store your age or date of birth — only the fact and moment of that confirmation. Student assessments describe a study or learning context; they are still set up and run by an adult.
United States only
The service is currently offered only to users located in the United States. We record the fact, the time, and the version of the eligibility statement you affirmed. We do not collect or store your precise location, address, citizenship, or immigration status for this purpose. An affirmation is not a location check, and we do not claim it guarantees that the service is never used from outside the United States or that foreign privacy laws never apply.
What we do not claim
We hold no privacy or security certification and claim none. We do not claim compliance with any specific regulatory framework at this stage. We describe only what the product actually does today; when that changes, this page changes with it.
