Run SharedVision 360 for the people you support

Traditional 360s ask people to score someone. SharedVision 360 lets them explain why — and gives you a simple way to run it for a whole group.

Assessment credits

Hold credits in your workspace and spend one each time you assign an assessment. You always see what was granted, what was used and what remains.

Assign before they have an account

Enter a name and email and send the invitation. When the person signs up, their assessment is already waiting for them.

Three ways to choose reviewers

By default the participant chooses their own reviewers. You can instead suggest a list they approve and edit, or assign the roster yourself — and they are told it was assigned.

Standard, focused or your own framework

Use the SharedVision competency model as it is, emphasize the competencies that matter for this role, or bring your organization's own framework and we will draft the rating items and interview questions for you to review.

Reusable templates

Save a setup once — product, competencies, reviewer approach, report access, branding, reminders — and assign it to as many people as you like.

Your name alongside ours

Add your organization or practice name and logo. Participants and reviewers see your brand next to SharedVision 360.

Access you have to grant, not assume

Assigning an assessment shows you progress, not content. Report access is a separate, explicit setting, and reviewer conversations are never shared with you.

Developmental use

SharedVision Professional 360 is a developmental feedback tool. It is not validated for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, discipline, employment eligibility or any other consequential employment decision, and it should not be the sole or a substantial basis for one. It is intended for leadership development, coaching, development planning and team development.

How it runs

  1. 1. Create your workspace and add your organization name and logo.
  2. 2. Receive or purchase assessment credits.
  3. 3. Build a template: product, competencies, reviewer approach, report access.
  4. 4. Assign it to a participant by name and email.
  5. 5. Follow completion — how many were invited, how many finished — without seeing anyone's feedback.
  6. 6. The participant receives their report; you see it only if the template says so.

SharedVision 360 is a trade name of SharedVision Labs LLC.
